This 49,000 square foot interior and exterior renovation is now home to one of Columbus’ Versa Co-working.  Versa delivers creative work spaces, scalable collaborative space, hospitality services, information, culture, and connections from this Grandview location. This project was completed in collaboration with DKB Architects and has been open since the end of 2017.
