This 11,000 square foot interior and exterior renovation was once the home of Business First but is now home to one of Columbus’ Versa Co-working.  Versa delivers creative work spaces, scalable collaborative space, hospitality services, information, culture, and connections from this Arena District location. This project was completed in collaboration with DKB Architects and has been open since the end of 2018.
