Highland St. Residence
The client for this home wanted to develop a modern residence with a rear carriage house on a vacant property in Victorian Village while still maintaining cohesion along the streetscape with existing adjacent buildings. Working with the city's Historic Victorian Village Commission, we were able to create a detailed concept, using the timeless massing and building facade styles of the area, while providing the modern design approach the owner was wanting.
