Cleveland Institute of Art University Circle

This speculative proposal was developed in tandem with DKB Architects for F2 Development in the University Circle area of Cleveland. The student housing proposal on a triangle-shaped property gives a unique quality to the area, extending down Euclid. The modern design and amenities include 54 units with 198 beds, commercial mixed-use ground floor, tenant lounge and exercise areas and other similar features.
